Chad Chapman
Owner
Chad is the owner of California Art Delivery, bringing years of diverse experience to the fine art logistics industry. His professional journey began with various roles, including work as a merchandiser and delivery driver for Pepsi, and serving in the Army as a combat medic, including a deployment to Iraq in 2005. After his military service, Chad attended the University of Denver, where he earned a degree in management from the Daniels College of Business. During this time, he also launched his career in real estate investment, a field he successfully pursued for over 15 years. Along the way, Chad explored several home-based businesses and startup ventures, blending his entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on experience.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Chad has a passion for mentoring and coaching youth sports. He coached a youth basketball team to win several first-place tournaments and coached a youth athlete to win a national championship in wrestling—experiences that reflect his dedication to helping young athletes grow and succeed.
In 2023, Chad partnered with the business’s previous owner, Lance Thompson, and by early 2024, he had fully transitioned to sole ownership of the company and rebranded it as California Art Delivery. Today, Chad takes pride in providing personalized, white-glove delivery services to clients across California, with hubs in both Silicon Valley and Los Angeles.
When not at work, Chad enjoys an active lifestyle that includes mountain biking, rollerblading, yoga, weightlifting, basketball, and exploring the outdoors through hiking, kayaking, and camping. He also has a love for chess and draws inspiration from personal development and motivational books and podcasts. Above all, Chad treasures quality time with his family and friends.
Samantha ("Sam")
Client Services & Logistics Manager
Samantha, known as Sam, is the friendly and dependable person behind many of the conversations, schedules, and carefully coordinated deliveries at California Art Delivery. With a background in administration, client support, and operations, she brings a thoughtful, organized, and personal approach to every client interaction.
Sam works behind the scenes to coordinate logistics, communicate with clients, and ensure every detail is accounted for from the first inquiry through final delivery.
Known for her warmth, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Sam genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients and making sure they feel heard, informed, and confident that their treasured pieces are in caring and capable hands.
Max Chapman
Lead Driver & Art Handler
As lead driver and art handler for Southern California, Max is the steady hand behind some of California Art Delivery's most demanding routes and installs, from San Diego all the way up to Sacramento. Years of training and time on the road have sharpened his instincts. He knows how to load a truck right, how to keep every piece secure over long drives, and how to handle the last-minute curveballs that come with LA traffic and multi-stop days.
But Max's reputation isn't just about driving. On-site, he's just as careful, unwrapping, positioning and installing fine art, furniture and antiques with the same precision he brings to the road. Clients count on him to treat each piece as if it were his own.
When he's off the clock, you'll usually find Max on the basketball court or out on a hiking trail.
Alex Chapman
Northern Driver & Art Handler
Alex brings a friendly, professional touch to every delivery across Northern California. He believes art deserves to be handled with the same precision and respect that went into creating it, and that belief shows in the care he gives every piece, from pickup to final placement.
His approach comes from how he was raised: always show good character. He still remembers it from his football days, when he'd make a tackle and then reach down to help the other player back up. There's no tackling at California Art Delivery, but Alex will take on any task you need with the same dedication and a smile.
Clients know him for his reliability, his attention to detail, and the kindness he brings to every job, start to finish.

As a Logistics Coordinator, she supports scheduling, client communications, and daily logistics, helping ensure that each pickup and delivery is carefully coordinated from start to finish.
Known for her responsiveness, organization, and kind nature, Alyssa approaches her work with dedication and a genuine desire to help both clients and her team.

Maezie Claire
Logistics Coordinator
Maezie brings an organized, proactive, and thoughtful approach to her work supporting both the Ventures team and California Art Delivery. With a background in executive assistance, business support, and operations, she keeps schedules, projects, and day to day details running smoothly.
Based in Negros Occidental, Philippines, Maezie manages the CEO's calendars, coordinates with business partners and investors, and leads the Ventures team in research, data collection, and project tracking. Before joining the team, she spent four years as Executive Assistant to the founder of a remote sales consultancy, and she began her career as a licensed Medical Technologist, which shaped her precision and attention to detail.
She is known for her reliability, her ability to turn incomplete instructions into finished work, and her knack for anticipating needs before they become problems.
Kaila ("Khai")
Logistics Coordinator
Kaila, known as Kai, brings an organized, proactive, and thoughtful approach to her work at California Art Delivery. With a background in executive assistance, client support, and operations, she helps keep schedules, projects, and day-to-day details running smoothly.
Originally from the Philippines, Kai works behind the scenes to support the team, coordinate with clients, and keep important details on track. She is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs before they become problems.
