Chad Chapman
Owner & Lead Driver/Art Handler
Chad is the owner of California Art Delivery, bringing years of diverse experience to the fine art logistics industry. His professional journey began with various roles, including work as a merchandiser and delivery driver for Pepsi, and serving in the Army as a combat medic, including a deployment to Iraq in 2005. After his military service, Chad attended the University of Denver, where he earned a degree in management from the Daniels College of Business. During this time, he also launched his career in real estate investment, a field he successfully pursued for over 15 years. Along the way, Chad explored several home-based businesses and startup ventures, blending his entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on experience.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Chad has a passion for mentoring and coaching youth sports. He coached a youth basketball team to win several first-place tournaments and coached a youth athlete to win a national championship in wrestling—experiences that reflect his dedication to helping young athletes grow and succeed.
In 2023, Chad partnered with the business’s previous owner, Lance Thompson, and by early 2024, he had fully transitioned to sole ownership of the company and rebranded it as California Art Delivery. Today, Chad takes pride in providing personalized, white-glove delivery services to clients across California, with hubs in both Silicon Valley and Los Angeles.
When not at work, Chad enjoys an active lifestyle that includes mountain biking, rollerblading, yoga, weightlifting, basketball, and exploring the outdoors through hiking, kayaking, and camping. He also has a love for chess and draws inspiration from personal development and motivational books and podcasts. Above all, Chad treasures quality time with his family and friends.
Samantha ("Sam")
Client Services & Logistics Manager
Samantha, known as Sam, is the friendly and dependable person behind many of the conversations, schedules, and carefully coordinated deliveries at California Art Delivery. With a background in administration, client support, and operations, she brings a thoughtful, organized, and personal approach to every client interaction.
Originally from the Philippines, Sam works behind the scenes to coordinate logistics, communicate with clients, and ensure every detail is accounted for from the first inquiry through final delivery.
Known for her warmth, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Sam genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients and making sure they feel heard, informed, and confident that their treasured pieces are in caring and capable hands.
Alyssa
Logistics Coordinator
Alyssa is a dedicated and positive member of the California Art Delivery team who brings genuine care and a strong willingness to learn to everything she does. As a Logistics Coordinator, she supports scheduling, client communications, and daily logistics, helping ensure that each pickup and delivery is carefully coordinated from start to finish.
Known for her responsiveness, organization, and kind nature, Alyssa approaches her work with dedication and a genuine desire to help both clients and her team.
